Ezraf was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable about the rugs. He sold us the perfect rug for our space and we had a great time looking at rugs and talking about their meaning, history, and craftsmanship. Looking forward to buying more rugs here!

Buy your rugs here! The selection, knowledge, and customer service is unmatched. Rico and Alberto worked within our budget and even moved a hundred rugs to get us the one on the bottom. Then the owner Osan immediately noticed it needed a very small repair and had it fixed by his in house repair guy in an hour. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and encourage you to support this local business.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Once I found a few rugs that I liked they drove them over for me to look at in my home. This seemed above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I ended up with a beautiful rug.

Jessie Pincus

Walked in today not knowing what to expect and Oggi took great care of us. He was attentive but not pushy and the rugs are beautiful. We are so excited to enjoy our high quality rugs for many years to come!

Istanbul Rugs has the best selection of quality rugs and amazing customer service. Rico and Alberto went above and beyond to help me find the mauve pink rug I wanted, and Ogi, the owner, personally made sure the rugs I took worked in my space. It’s rare to see an owner so involved with customers and his team—highly recommend!
