World Famous Carpet Barn

These people are incredibly helpful, kind, patient. Great selection, fantastic prices. Service is fast and very good. Very good advice on color coordination, appropriate flooring types for applications (residential, rental, commercial, etc). Installation is fast and well done.

I was able to get a reminant piece here for $100 to do my staircase! This saved us hundreds of dollars vs buying carpet by the sq ft. Don was very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. The installers who came were great as well, I’m very happy with the whole process!

Quite honestly, one of the best experiences I have ever had buying anything, period. Astasia was so incredibly helpful on the phone compared to every other store in the area, so I figured I had to stop in to learn more since I was still on the fence. Once I arrived, Astasia walked me through the different flooring options that she thought were right for me, and then showed me all the samples and colors that she thought my wife and I would like (she nailed it). There was zero pressure involved—only genuine help and care for my family and their needs. I would highly recommend The Carpet Barn to everyone I meet, because not only was Astasia a pleasure to work with, but everyone in the store, all the way to the warehouse people, were just so nice to talk to and work with. Thank you for treating me like a human being, answering all my questions, and providing me a quality product. I will come back for any of my flooring needs.

Had a wonderful experience. At the store, Don gave honest answers and good advice about the type of carpet we wanted and the padding. The installers were friendly and communicative. They did an excellent job and our carpet looks beautiful! We recommend Carpet Barn!

I am so satisfied with this service! Astasia really raised the bar on promptness. The small bedroom I needed carpeted was measured the day of my call, and upon seeing the room she made a recommendation for a remnant that ended up being ??perfect?? for this space. Quotes were emailed to me the next day, and by the following day the carpet was installed! Their installation crew was efficient, considerate, and experienced. I am beyond impressed and so happy with the plush, luxurious carpet that matches so well with the room colors.
