Quite honestly, one of the best experiences I have ever had buying anything, period. Astasia was so incredibly helpful on the phone compared to every other store in the area, so I figured I had to stop in to learn more since I was still on the fence. Once I arrived, Astasia walked me through the different flooring options that she thought were right for me, and then showed me all the samples and colors that she thought my wife and I would like (she nailed it). Had a wonderful experience. At the store, Don gave honest answers and good advice about the type of carpet we wanted and the padding. The installers were friendly and communicative. They did an excellent job and our carpet looks beautiful! We recommend Carpet Barn!
