We had front entryway tile installed and carpet added on staircase.

We have had an issue with our front entryway tile. But they have been very diligent in their approach to help resolve it and create a long term solution. Great communication!

Brians Flooring is one the most customer centric businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work. Kat (designer) and Brad(estimator) are both thorough in their knowledge of product selection and updated installations of my tile floor, shower, fireplace and carpet. I was updated with the progress everyday while out of town for business. Take it from someone who has been in the flooring business for 33 years, the installation crews were phenomenal and top notch in their profession. I want to thank them for turning my space into a beautiful basement that the whole family will enjoy all in time as scheduled to host our Christmas dinner and post Xmas party. Love my new shower and floor!! Everyone at Brian’s Flooring and Design were great. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations and all the workers arrived when they promised and did a very professional job.
I was so happy with their work I also had them tile my new patio floor. Stephanie was very attentive to my needs and was there for me every step of the way to make sure the job was done right and on time.
