Great folks to work with.The sub that laid my hardwoods and stairs got everything from these guys. He recommended them to supply handrail and components. I bought the rails, Newell post balusters and hardware from them. The salesman went over everything thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed and why. After having difficulty finding anyone to do this installation, I got together with a friend and the two of us decided to tackle the job ourselves. Everything worked out as it was supposed to. Great products, coaching and instruction. I would use them again.
