We recently used In and Out Flooring when replacing the carpet in our basement. Before we went with them, I got several other quotes and In and Out's prices were very reasonable. They were wonderful to work with, always professional, and very responsive. They came out quickly to measure our room and when I decided that we wanted to order a specific carpet not originally listed on their website, they were easily able to get me an updated quote and order the carpet we wanted! Their employee who installed the carpet did great work and was very nice and easy to work with! I primarily communicated with August while we finalized the carpet order and scheduled the installation and I cannot say enough great things about August! As someone who spent hours going to do different flooring stores and calling to get several quotes during this process - hopefully I can save someone this time and encourage you to just go with In and Out!
I recently purchased my first home and I knew the first thing I wanted to do was replace the carpet with LVP. I got a few quotes, decided on In and Out Flooring and I am SO glad I did. Their work is quality and reasonably priced. I think it was a week, a week and a half at most, between the initial assessment and instillation. The way they do their quotes is great and they stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company! I've included some photos of my new floor below. I would recommend In and Out Flooring to anybody. We were in a very tight window to get this job completed before moving in furniture and they showed a great sense of urgency to make the deadline. We had half of the house refinished and the other half buffed & waxed. I’ve included before and after pictures below to see the difference.
I just recently bought a new house and there’s an unbelievable amount of things wrong with it. Of all the people I had to call in and out flooring was the easiest. They called me back immediately had someone out that week to look at my area (two bedrooms and 4 closets) and get me a quote. Literally no other service has been as easy to schedule. I had a hard time finding a match to the wood floors already down in other areas of the house so Tre found it for me! As soon as the flooring came in they had it delivered and fully installed. It’s a perfect match and everything looks beautiful ?? I’ve included fresh pictures but don’t judge any scuffs I haven’t had a chance to clean house yet! Also very nice installer and very appropriate would definitely hire in and out again!
