Ben was great in handling our concerns about our carpet.The installer CHRIS was fantastic! He was very efficient, he worked long hours to not inconvenience us. He was so considerate of our home- left every thing clean, no marks on the walls or baseboards(which we had experienced before from other installers). If I ever need carpet installed again I will request CHRIS.
