CarpetsPlus of Bloomington

We had a great experience with our recent carpet purchase and installation. Terry was extremely helpful in guiding me through carpet options that fit within my budget. He took the time to explain the benefits of different features and provided samples so I could be confident in the color choice. He also completed measurements quickly and gave me multiple estimates, which I really appreciated. Once we made our purchase, installation was scheduled quickly. The installers were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Our stairs were particularly tricky to wrap, and they turned out absolutely stunning. Everyone we worked with was friendly, and the pricing was comparable—if not better—than big box stores. I loved supporting a local business and receiving such great, personalized customer service. Highly recommend!
