We had our home built a couple of years ago, and tile still looks incredible, the carpet looks fresh, and the LVT has no blemishes. And we live hard! I probably should have written this review years ago but didn't. I had a house built 10 years ago and have several issues with the tile that conn carpet laid. First one of my bathroom floors was unlevel. Not sure if that was tile layers fault or builders but I feel like if the floor was out of level it should have been corrected when the tile was put down. The other issue I just "found" recently. We had to replace our master toilets wax ring and when we pulled the toilet I found the worst tile job. Had to install an extra thick wax ring to fill the gap left but the the tile layers and the toilet actually wobbles due to the floor being unlevel. I guess they figured it didn't matter because it was hidden under the toilet.
Con carpet was recommended to us as we were looking for new carpet for our home. We followed that recommendation and are so happy that we did. Working through the process with Jessica and Jeff was a great experience. I was completely overwhelmed by the many choices. Jessica suggested that I send her pictures of the living room so that she could get a sense of our colors. When we met her at the store, she had the perfect carpet picked out!The installers were professional and efficient.We would highly recommend working with Con Carpet!

I want to start off saying that Con Carpet did absolutely a fabulous job on my floor!!Now to get to that point it started out a nightmare!The previous owners that had the floor laid was a cheap floor and did not do any leveling on the floor and it was a wavy mess.Didn’t know what to expect as tearing it up!!Jessica and Jeff went above and beyond to makesure I got a correct laid floorThen they found the old floor covered up a rotted area in front of the kitchenThey repaired it and normally don’t do it but they felt bad how this old floor was done!!The company made sure it was done right and most may have just left and said get all this fixed and we will come back!!I was pretty stressed at this point but they made sure things was done properly and took the stress off of me!Then we get to the back bathroom I had done about a year ago for my mom so I could care for herWhen they ripped up the floor YES ANOTHER NIGHTMARETHE GUY I HIRED used the flooring to try to level it out. I was shocked and left a 12x12 square hole in the floor and the old shower uncapped.This guy had done a lot of work for me I trusted him!Again Adrian and Con Carpet fixed that mess too!The amazing thing was how Jessica kept me informed through the whole process so I wasn’t overwhelmed!!They worked so hard on my floor and made sure done correctly and could have easily charged me way more or not done the job but again they went above and beyond to fix these problems!!If looking for a new floor don’t hesitate to check them out you won’t regret it!!Con carpet has been around for many years if not decades bc my parents would buy from them!!The help is great very professional and caring that’s hard to find anymore!!So thank you to all at Con Carpet especiallyJessica and Jeff and the floor crew!!
