I don’t typically write reviews for small businesses, but in this case I felt it was necessary to share my experience. While the final work completed was satisfactory, the overall process left much to be desired.

Communication throughout the project was inconsistent, and the attitude I encountered at times was disappointing—especially considering this was a service I was paying for, not asking for as a favor. Clear communication is an important part of any service experience, and unfortunately that was lacking.

Additionally, the workers on site did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate directly during the project. While there is a supervisor or lead person involved, he was not consistently present on the job site while the work was being performed. As a result, I felt I had to monitor and manage aspects of the project more closely than should be necessary as a customer.

Based on my experience, I would encourage the company to improve communication and customer service practices. Those factors make a significant difference in the overall experience for clients.

Side : the owner will come and dispute as they have done for every review. However one must be able to receive constructive feedback. Lastly you can’t dispute things if you have never been to job site.

Boca Floors did an amazing job installing my LVP flooring. The installers were kind, professional, and made sure to clean up everyday before leaving. Larissa was wonderful, she always answered my calls and texts and patiently responded to all my many questions. Everything from start to finish was handled with complete professionalism.
I recently had a small issue with a plank, and without hesitation, Boca Floors came out right away and repaired it— no fuss, no hassle. That kind of service is rare these days!

I’m very disappointed with the quality of work I received. The floors failed after only one year, and there were significant issues from the start. The subfloor wasn’t properly prepared, resulting in visible bumps underneath the new flooring. There are also gaps throughout, which suggests poor installation.
Given the high cost I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
