Kingdom Floors is very good. The owner, Pawel, responded to our inquiry for staining our white oak stairs within a day. And he personally came to inspect the conditions and gave us great information on how to achieve the look we wanted.
Once hired, Pawel was professional, thoughtful, and very thorough with the work. He saved our brand new stairs!!! Especially after I tried to DIY one of my top step and totally messed it up.
Pawell was able to bring it back to its original beauty. And then he provided a high quality sealant to give me the natural white oak matte finish aesthetic I love.

I hired Paul and his crew after someone I previously hired did a horrible job on refinishing my woods stairs. Paul had very good reviews and I can see why. Him and his crew did a magnificent job sanding and re-staining my stairs. His work was beyond my expectations. His prices are affordable for 5 star work. I couldn’t have been more happier with his service. He was on time and cleaned up my home very well after the job was done. He is professional and makes sure his customers are happy. He explains his work in detail and answers all your questions. I would highly recommend Paul for anyone looking to have professional wood work done in their house. I will definitely be using him in the near future!

Our first experience with Kingdom Floors was 6 years ago and it was outstanding. I have written a positive 5-star review about it.
Our second experience was terrible, our floors started to have issues less than a month after installation. The owner and his team came over, looked at the issues and said that in order to repair, they will have to re-do floors. They were not willing to do so. 10 months later our floors started to separate and peel up. Again, the owner came over, looked at the issues (keep in mind we have them throughout the house), promised to come back to repair the major ones. That was back in May 2021. As of September 29, 2021, no repairs have been made, the owner is NOT responding to our phone calls / messages and text messages. Apparently, Kingdom Floors gives ONLY 30-day installation warranty, even though the manufacturer gives lifetime warranty.
The manufacturer provided an independent flooring inspector to inspect our floor damages. The inspection details multiple issues and concludes the installation was below standard, and done both in haste and without regard to basic requirements when installing this type of floor over tile. Our floor is buckling throughout the entire house and will have to be pulled up so that the supporting floor can be leveled before reinstalling. The inspector was very surprised that the floor was laid with no regard to leveling (in many sections the floor is off level by over ½ inch within a 10 foot span), allowance for movement on perimeters, and in many cases forcing flooring into position breaking the channels holding sections together. It is hard to reconcile the pictures of what is happening to our floors with the amount of money that we paid to Kingdom Floors, as we trusted them. And now, we will spend that money again to get the floors laid properly.
Beware of the ingratiating initial encounter. This company is in the business of acquisition; it is not in the business of customer service and customer retention. They are full of excuses; they are rude and provide bad quality work. We will not use them again, and we will NOT recommend them to anyone else. BEWARE … they OVERPROMISE and UNDERDELIVER!!!!!!!
