I had wanted to replace the existing tile in my home since I moved in 5 years ago. I had researched companies over the years, postponing the decision until I met Brian and Dennis at Valentina. I chose Valentina because of them; they are both experts in the business, very professional but also kind, patient and easy to work with. Once the job started, everything went smoothly. Their team does amazing work, from carefully removing the old floor, prepping the floor and then installing the new tile. In addition, they replaced all my baseboards and tiled both bathroom showers. They worked well with the people doing the other projects going on simultaneously in the house (new kitchen and bathrooms, etc). Every Valentina employee I interacted with throughout the project was clearly knowledgeable and extremely proficient. My kitchen designer and contractor both took me aside during the job and commented on how smoothly and quickly things went and how beautiful the floors look. I've already been recommending Valentina to my friends and neighbors. I wanted to share this recommendation with others who have been hesitant to remove their old dated tile floors because it sounds like its too difficult or too big of a job. Both Brian and Dennis at Valentina made it easy. And the end result is truly beautiful.

Seven years ago, Denis/Valentina Decorative did our entire first floor with beautiful plank tile floors. We have had numerous compliments over the years. Fast forward, I need a new dishwasher installed and the delivery folks say they can’t get the old one out without some of the tile being removed. Denis’ guy came right over and got the old dishwasher out without any damage to the beautiful tile. That was going way above and beyond! Incomparable product and service!

I came across this company through Google and wasn’t sure what I was going to be dealing with before entering the store in Boca Raton. But I was Pleasantly surprised as to the collection they had in their store. We had visited other big home-improvement stores like floor and decor, Home Depot and Lowe’s.. but the collection that Valentina had was different than the other stores. And to top it off their prices were also very competitive. The owners Dennis and Brian made the whole process of selecting and installing our tiles and kitchen backsplash very smooth. They stuck to the timelines And delivered the project with great quality in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Valentina floors
