We had a great experience working with Dan to purchase and Jose to install a new vinyl floor in our main bathroom. The underlayment in the bathroom was water damaged and had to be partially replaced. We visited the showroom on Fairview Avenue on a Monday afternoon and had a new floor by Friday afternoon! They had a bigger selection of vinyl to choose from than the big box stores, and Dan sent us home with large sample pieces to check colors. We had no problem choosing a good match for our bathroom, and everything went smoothly. Dan communicated without delays each time we reached out. This is a long time family owned business, unassuming in presentation, but very personable, dependable, and in our case fast to respond and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely bring our future flooring business to Finer Floors!
We absolutely loved our carpet from Finer Floors. Mike was a delight to work with. Very courteous and professional and quick to respond. His installer (didn't catch his name) was a work horse! He did our entire basement, stairs and living area by himself! He was professional, fast and courteous. Would highly recommend him and this business! Will definitely return to them if we have other flooring needs. Thanks!
Mike is incredibly responsive and communicative. We've had Finer Floors install laminate and carpet in three houses and the product and workmanship is always superior. Finer Floors obtains the product quickly and reasonably and their expert installers do a meticulous job getting everything just right. We're so happy we were referred to Finer Floors years ago and they earn our business over and over again.
This place is great! We worked with Mike after our house flooded and we needed to have new floors put in. He was wonderful to work with! He helped us figure out how to get the styles we wanted on our budget and his quality is great. The install guys did a great job and we love our new floors. We highly recommend Finer Floors !
