Great experience with The Floor Trader replacing carpet in a property. Chad at The Floor Trader and Stepan from Stride Construction were responsive, easy to work with, and got the job done quickly with a great result. I appreciate the communication and quality work and would definitely work with them again.

Rob provided top-notch customer service and in a timely manner. With what was clearly an excellent rapport that he has with the Arizona Tile ordering employee, he was able to save me a long drive into the valley to pick up my order within 20 mins of purchasing it from Rob. Thank you SO MUCH! You reminded me of what good customer service is.

We looked for carpet at three different locations and Flooring Trader in Boise had the best selection for a fair price. Rob & Chad from Floor Trader along with Stephan Rizen & his crew from Stride Construction completed our project on time and within budget. We encourage you to add this store to your list when comparing prices and selections.

Just moved into our new home and we had engineered hardwood floors installed. I did my due diligence to find the best flooring and installer. There are so many horror stories I read on bad installs. I can’t give enough praise to Steve Kuhl at The Floor Trader outlet. Steve worked with me to pick out my flooring and referred me to a great installer, Dave King and his partner Collin. They did an amazing job. If you are looking for quality flooring, contact Steve at Floor Trader; you won’t be sorry!

We went to Floor Trader Outlet at the recommendation of our flooring contractor. Drew Giles helped us and answered many questions before we took several samples home. We purchased LVP for our stairs and upstairs hall and den. I called Drew several times and he was courteous and professional each time. We ran into a problem when putting the stair nosing on so I called his cell which is on his business card. He didn't have an answer right away but called back within 10 minutes and had reached out to the manufacturer and they had the perfect solution!
I can't speak highly enough about Drew and Floor Trader Outlet. Thanks Drew!
