I left a piece of flooring in the hopes they could help me find some more that matched. After some time they called me back stating they haven't had much luck and I should try home depot or lowes. It seemed like he was going to keep looking, but it turns out he didn't and ended up throwing away the piece I left them. I was about to find a couple more pieces for what I needed, but I also needed the one I left them. Since they decided to just throw it away instead of reaching out and asking me to come get it I now have to replace my whole floor or some form that is going to cost hundreds.

Shea is a talented and enthusiastic designer who worked alongside my wife Cheri and myself to bring our den project to life. From the beginning, when we shared reference photos and hand drafted design ideas with Shea, she took the initiative to incorporate each element of our vision into the concept design.
