I left a piece of flooring in the hopes they could help me find some more that matched. After some time they called me back stating they haven't had much luck and I should try home depot or lowes. It seemed like he was going to keep looking, but it turns out he didn't and ended up throwing away the piece I left them. I was about to find a couple more pieces for what I needed, but I also needed the one I left them. Since they decided to just throw it away instead of reaching out and asking me to come get it I now have to replace my whole floor or some form that is going to cost hundreds.
