I’ve worked with Hayden and SBC on multiple occasions, including purchasing materials, completing flooring projects, and assisting with commercial real estate transactions. Hayden’s knowledge of commercial real estate added tremendous value to our projects and helped everything run smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I paid $9,500 for new flooring and was told work would begin a few days after my deposit on 1/5/26. After hearing nothing by the expected delivery date, I repeatedly had to reach out for updates. My flooring was not delivered until 1/14/26, and at no point did Hayden or the crew communicate their schedule. I had to continually initiate contact to know when to be available.When the crew finished, I found multiple issues: broken and missing trim pieces, unpainted ends, gaps in corners, improperly nailed sections, and a missing transition piece. I was never informed the crew would return, nor was I updated on what would be fixed. Even after sending photos, the only solution offered was to “throw some caulk in the gap,” yet no gaps were actually filled. Trim remains unpainted, gaps are still visible throughout, and pieces are still not secured properly.I then received a final bill that was higher than the original quote.Overall, the lack of communication, poor workmanship, and unexpected additional charge were extremely disappointing—especially after spending nearly $10,000.
Superb coordination and workmanship!!!Hayden and Reagan made the process of matching our living room to our kitchen and hall a breeze. From day one getting a quote to ensuring final touch-ups. We were never left wonder whats next or waiting for a reply. Very communicative and helpful. The install team was fast, friendly, and efficient. Can't recommend SBC Flooring enough. 100% will be using again for future updates, and you should too!
