Floor Coverings International of Metro NW Boston

I can’t say enough, how professional and easy it was doing business with Floor Covering International Mike is the owner made the whole process very easy And his superintendent Marcus that overlooks all the jobs is extremely professional and handles any situation that comes up that makes The job Very easy and the people that they work with are very trustworthy and also easy to work with. I highly recommend contacting Mike.

Mike, Marcus, Jose and his crew are amazing! Quality work. Very pleased. Matched tile from 2 different directions beautifully with a great solution of a low profile wood transition piece into my hardwood floor. Would use again if I need more flooring work. This company is exceptional. Everyone and I mean everyone was knowledgeable, professional, personable and a pleasure …

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International for my rental property. They were in and out and completed the entire job in just 3 days. Very professional from start to finish, and everyone on the team was super nice and easy to work with. The work was done efficiently and looks great. I highly recommend them!

We had an appointment with Mike who spent 2/12 hours with us going over all his product what we can do what would be best for our home very knowledgeable we purchased a beautiful laminate floor and we had two bedroom carpeted as well. His team was awesome and respectful and clean Marcus was as great to talk to had a few laughs too. I would highly recommend this company. Oh and pricing was awesome but the real reason why we picked them was professional and the fact he spent 2 1/2 hours with us explaining everything. We love our the outcome so very very happy. May have another project too ?? Mike and Debbie LeBlanc

The entire team at Floor Coverings International was a joy to work with from start to finish. We had an in-home estimate done with Mike, who walked us through several options and explained why the flooring we had purchased was not the right fit for the room. I felt confident going with them for the work because at no point did it feel like I was being sold to; Everyone gave me advice from the perspective of, “here’s what I’d do if it were my home.” The team that came out to do the work did an incredible job, were respectful, kept the house clean, and communicated with me every step of the way. Marcus followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and even came out after the job was complete to give us a small thank you gift for our business. I really couldn’t recommend this team more and we will very likely use them again in the future as we continue to renovate our home!
