My floors were 30 years old. Broken floor boards near my stove. Garage to kitchen was carpet and I always tracked mud across the carpet. This company changed the carpet to wood floors to the kitchen. It looks and makes my floors much nicer so I stop tracking mud everywhere. The floors were kind strange looking based upon how the floors were used. My refinished kitchen and new garage exit look incredible. I highly recommend this company for floor repairs. Looks amazing.

We have used Boulder Valley Hardwood Flooring twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. In 2018, Rob and his crew installed all of the hardwood floors on our main level, and about a month ago, we hired them again to complete all of the wood floors upstairs in our top level. The floors are absolutely gorgeous, and we could not be happier with the results!

I highly recommend Rob Lojko and his team for any hardwood flooring project. Rob has completed two jobs for me—one hardwood floor installation and one floor refinishing—and I have been extremely pleased with the results both times.
Most recently, Rob refinished the hardwood floors in my home, and they look beautiful. His crew demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process. They took the time to carefully correct numerous problems left behind by the company that originally installed the floors 12 years ago. That previous installation was disappointing, as the company used lower-quality wood than I had requested, delivered only average workmanship, and failed to follow several of my specific instructions.
Rob's team expertly repaired installation mistakes, eliminated subfloor squeaks and noises, corrected vent issues, replaced damaged wood, and helped me select a stain that turned out exactly the way I wanted. Their work transformed the floors, which now look like a brand-new installation.
What I appreciate most about Rob is that he is honest, straightforward, reliable, and easy to work with. He takes pride in his work and stands behind the quality of the finished product.

It's difficult to underestimate our joy and satisfaction with Boulder Valley's hardwood floor refinishing job at our newly-purchased home in Lyons. This team is just exceptional. Rob is so very knowledgeable and personable... we connected immediately. His team killed it in just a few days. I was able to be on-site for several hours during preparation and sanding. Foreman Ian's expert crew was focused, energetic, obviously experienced, communicative, hard working and very light-hearted. What a great work culture Rob has created and sustained! His guys are all terrific. (Hendrix and Pink Floyd before 9:00am, how could you go wrong?) We got to see the finished floors today, and it took our breath away. What a gorgeous result! We cannot wait to move in. Our recommendation is off the chart. Way to go Boulder Valley!

Rob and his team built a beautiful floor for our basement, we really couldn't be happier with it. They identified some problem spots, came up with a shim solution, took their time bonding the glue with weights, and now we have an incredibly solid and smooth floor. They also took special consideration of our closet doors and built little platforms for the door hardware to perch on.
