Incredible Work! One of our bedroom floors had really bad water damage that included mold and rotten wood. DB Genesis did an amazing repair job. The floor looks brand new! They completed the work in one day and took great care in cleaning up at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did!! Highly recommended!!
Having recently purchased a home that needed some updating, we hired Dony and DBGenesis to refinish the old hardwood floors on the first floor, install new hardwood on the 2nd floor, modernize the staircase by removing carpet and installing new treads, handrails, balusters and newel posts, install new baseboard throughout, and paint walls and woodwork. We are thrilled with the results - it all looks beautiful. Dony and the entire team are a real joy to work with - that includes all of the hardwood and carpentry folks, painters, and office team. For much of the project we were not on site, and largely out of state - given we hadn't moved yet. Dony and the team kept us informed frequently with photos, videos and updates. The communication was excellent, he was always in touch quickly if there was a question or concern, and he and the team found great solutions to all of the challenges that are an inherent part of a renovation project like this. His advice was helpful numerous times as we moved through all of the design decisions. We're particularly pleased with the staircase renovation. It was quite old fashioned previously - the team completely remodeled it to match our style. It was a lot of carpentry and finish work - and we think it looks amazing. We are so glad we got a chance to work with this great company, full of skilled craftsmen and a team focused on excellent customer service.
