Pierce Flooring and Design - Bozeman

We had a great experience with Pierce Flooring. We worked with Loren, who did an excellent job of helping us pick the perfect carpet for us. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and did an always kept us informed and in the loop with plans. The team who installed the carpet did an amazing job! They were very courteous and easy to have in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final product.

If I could give stars to the moon & back, I would! This is the best flooring experience I have ever had! Matt was great at scheduling & stayed with the entire project from beginning to end. He saw through everything, even an emergency leak from our water heater! The installer was amazing!! A true artist who didn’t just put down flooring (red oak hardwood) but who was creative & artistic throughout! Many thanks to the entire team here! I love this floor!

I worked with Deb Caruso, and she was fantastic. She visited the site twice for a small project and brought the perfect samples for me to review. It’s clear she has the experience to know which flooring will work best in different areas and where potential issues might arise. There was a stair detail I hadn't even noticed that would make installing LVP very challenging, and among all the flooring companies, she was the only one to point it out. Since the project was for an HOA, she understood we wanted something durable yet affordable, and she accommodated that. She used Wes to install the product, and he did a fantastic job, especially with the complex details. The stair detail turned out perfect, and the seams are level and flawless. I would hire them again without hesitation.

If you’re looking to upgrade your home or business flooring please consider Pierce. My wife and I decided on them after looking at several options. Susie explained our options, viewed our home and set us up with a great floor choice that included 12 months interest free financing. Our installation was completed by Zane in less than four days and it was a great experience! Thanks again for all your expertise and communication during the process.
