LG Kramer Flooring

We could not be more pleased with the work LG Kramer did with our carpet. Speaking with Gianna was a pleasure to learn about their services, setting the appointment, and managing the process. She is extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and very courteous and pleasant to work with. When it came time for the appointment, Arthur called us 35 minutes before to give a heads up on their arrival time – many vendors say they will do that, and then just show up without calling. Since we were running errands, this was a big help to get the call beforehand. Our carpet became loose, and Arthur and team did an excellent job to tighten the carpet and make it look great. We highly recommend working with LG Kramer!

I’ve worked with the team at LGKramer Flooring on multiple projects, and they consistently deliver outstanding workmanship. Their installers are precise, professional, and take real pride in their craft. The product selection is also excellent. They offer quality materials at multiple price points, which allows me to confidently match the right product to each client and budget. What I appreciate most is this: when the job is complete, I know it’s been done right. No shortcuts. No callbacks. Just a finished product that makes my customers happy. That kind of reliability is rare. Highly recommend LGKramer Flooring.

I would recommend LGkramer flooring to anybody who has a flooring need. Their customer service is amazing, and the work speaks for itself! I had a small carpet issue and they were able to come out and make it look perfect! 5stars from start to finish. Edited to add that the installers Mike, and Arthur were awesome! They made sure that everything was perfect and they were very polite.

?????????? Hands down the BEST flooring experience in Sarasota, Bradenton, and the Lakewood Ranch areas! LG Kramer Flooring has an absolutely stunning showroom — seriously, it's a designer’s dream. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the variety of options they offer. Whether you're into modern, rustic, coastal, or something totally unique, they have it all. You can tell they only carry the best, but also have affordable options for those on a budget ?? The design team is super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful (not pushy at all), and they made the selection process so easy and enjoyable. If you're renovating, building, or just want to explore your options, then don’t skip LG Kramer Flooring. The variety, the quality, and the showroom itself are next-level. Highly recommend!

LG Kramer flooring went above and beyond to meet our expectations for our new flooring in our home! Ginger is the best! She personally came to our home to break down every detail so that there wouldn't be any unexpected hidden fees or issues which was exactly what my husband and I were looking for when hiring a company; complete transparency! The installers were friendly, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently! If we could give 10 stars we would!
