I purchased flooring and Tiles for my Rental Properties from this company. They offer great looking, high quality but very well price pointed products. They follow through on the customer service end to ensure that the order was executed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
We were looking to upgrade our flooring in our new 1900s home. We wanted something that brightened and modernized our space, while also maintaining the character that a century home has to offer. Claudio and Brianne helped us settle on a hardwood floor that we absolutely love. We’ll definitely be considering Piastrella for home upgrades in the future.
First glance:Not a whole lot of selection in comparison to other stores, but each one of them are beautiful.Tiles ordered are usually delivered in a week (I think on Wednesdays?) If in stock.Price:It is a luxury tile store, so don't expect wholesale price. That said, they do have some cheaper ones.Seller:Claudio was very helpful when I first came in store to choose tiles.Communication:Email and in person communication seems to be better than phone so far. They don't seem to be the best at calling back.
I am very happy with all my selections from Piastrella for my new build. The house is still in progress but coming together beautifully. A beautiful store with beautiful products. Thank you Brianne and Claudio for going the extra mile to make sure my tile arrived!
