Ali was quick to answer my questions by email and was even more lovely and helpful in person when I stopped in to see the product. Ordering and delivery arrangements were easy, and the floors look fantastic! The quality of the floors and the price are great reasons to purchase from Proper Floors – definitely recommend!

I recently purchased plank and tile flooring over the phone and the process was easy! I spoke with Jamie, who helped me with my order, even giving me the sale price for the bathroom tile even though I hadn’t decided which one I wanted yet. Delivery was seamless - the young gent was polite and efficient.

There were no issues installing the product and I am very happy with the final result!

Used their vinyl flooring for our basement. The flooring was a really good price and seems like good quality. The vinyl plank went together pretty easily. We used the vinyl tile for our downstairs bathroom and laundry room and that was a bit tougher to put together. It isn't as long so it didn't have as much flex as the plank. But it looks great and still wasn't too bad to put together. Highly recommend checking them out if you need vinyl flooring.
