I was looking for carpet squares to use in my classroom. I checked other places but had a hard time. When I contacted Abbey Carpet they were quick to help. The owner even donated 30 carpet samples to my classroom. I am so thankful that they were able to help me build my classroom. Thank you again! I highly recommend going here for your carpet needs. The staff is really friendly and willing to help!

Visited to request advice about repairing laminate flooring. Advice was provided by a 30+ year experienced employee. Recommend for quality materials and selection.

Great selection of carpet and tile. Been around for centuries. You know that little car that is in front of a building on the way to Costco in Antioch? That's Abby Carpet. Good people.

Tracy Grabin

We have been using Abbey Carpet for over 20 years and we would not go anywhere else for flooring. The prices are competitive and the guys doing the installation always go above and beyond what they are required to do.

Janice Yankura

I have purchased tile and carpet from Abbey Carpet. I am quite impressed with their selection and customer service. Brad is very knowledgeable about carpets and was extremely helpful and flexible in scheduling a time to come to my home to give me an estimate. The installation went smoothly. The workmen were professional and did a great job. When I purchased tile, Jenny was exceptionally helpful in giving me the information I needed to decide which tile to purchase. I spent the better part of a day looking at tile in a number of stores before I decided on the tile at Abbey Carpet. My master bathroom looks great and I am very happy with my purchase. I plan to go to Abbey Carpet for flooring needs in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Abbey Carpet & Floor’s 60-day guarantee cover?

For qualifying carpet installed by an Abbey Carpet & Floor installer, the company says an unsatisfactory selection within 60 days of installation can be replaced with carpet of equal value from the same manufacturer; the consumer pays installation and freight. For qualifying hard-surface flooring, it says it will replace the floor free, including labor, if the customer is unhappy within 60 days of installation by an Abbey installer; both offers apply at participating locations.
