Just purchased carpet from National Flooring. I live out of the area so almost all communication was by phone and email. Brenda and Alicia were fabulous. Knowledgable, professional and very helpful. Got a great price and the installers were on time and did a great job. Highly recommend.
This review based on our experience getting an estimate.We had a great experience with National Flooring. When I first called to inquire about their services, I spoke with someone named Penny. She was very friendly and informative. She was able to provide in great detail their process with coming to take measurements, to us picking out flooring options, being able to take samples home, and availability.We were able to book an appointment for them to come to our home to take measurements so that we can be given an accurate estimate.We went to their location on Fairview in Brentwood to look at flooring samples prior to the appointment. I felt they had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to find several options we liked. We were able to check the samples to take home to see if we liked how they looked.Susan was the person that came to take measurements and provided us with a detailed estimate. She was very nice, informative, and took the samples back with her. We had a detailed estimate the very next day in our email that we felt was very reasonable.Unfortunately, we decided to not replace our flooring at this time due to change in circumstances but if the need arises, we will definitely go with National Flooring based on their excellent customer service and reasonable estimate.
Fantastic! All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Cliff made it easy to get a quote, find the perfect carpet, and has great customer service. I felt like I was working with a friend. The installers were fast, efficient, and clean. I could tell they were being very careful as they moved their equipment through the house. I would recommend them to anyone! Great job!
