We love our new carpet from BA Flooring and Design! The carpet is beautiful, the pricing was extremely competitive, the installers did a great job and we're very efficient, and as a result, we couldn't be happier. It was a great experience. It was easy to pick out my carpet. Everybody in the showroom was so nice and friendly. The came the next day to take exact measurements and scheduled my install quickly. it was an amazing install. They cleaned up everything when they left. It wasn't even one a flake or piece or a speck of debri left behind. The install crew placed all of my furniture back exactly perfect.
Sorry for the delay on the review. I've been dealing with Travis and I have to say by far he's the best. I've had nothing but excellence from him. BA flooring and design is by far the best place to go for amazing prices. I had 3 quotes and BA flooring and design beat the competition buy over a thousand dollars. Their work is absolutely amazing kitchen and dining room completed. Now carpets are next. I Just gotta schedule a time for installation. And Travis is very understanding and professional.
Our upstairs carpet was replaced with laminate flooring before Thanksgiving and it turned out perfect. We are a satisfied customer. The workmanship was great. This company also replaced the tiles in our bathrooms. Bryce helped us with the process. He made sure that he checks in to see how the installation was going. He communicated with us about how the project was going. The installers knows their craft and did an excellent job!I highly recommend BA flooring if you need to update your flooring.
