My elderly father contracted them during COVID for a 2200sq ft job, promised me that I could return any unused materials. Upon completion they refused to take the extra materials back which was an excess of 1200$. They purposely oversold knowing they were taking advantage of my senior citizen parents. I made a call to the manager and then owner before posting this review to try to alleviate the situation, they were not interested. I wouldn't recommend them unless you watch them closely! Buyer beware!

Horrible service. Buy elsewhere. It appears that they think they are doing you a favor by selling you tile. Was told tile would arrive between 7-10 days and it took about three weeks. They were never able to provide me an update when it would arrive.Went back for another project to give them a second chance and again horrible service. When I went to return some samples, I was told that I needed to take them to the warehouse and then come back to the front for my refund. I guess it was too much to ask for them to do it themselves.Horrible servicio. Compran en otra lado por favor. Piensan que te hacen un favor de vendetrte sus productos.
