If I could rate a zero I would. Bought flooring from here and used their recommended 3rd party for installation and they messed up my floors and are trying to blame the customer based on humidity when the floors lifted after 3 months because they left zero room for expansion for when the warmer months would come. The installers are rude and won’t come to fix their mistakes and wasted my money. Do not shop here or go through their installers they will do horrible installation and customer service is no help.

After we described the look we were going for, she immediately led us to a tile she had in mind—and it was exactly what we were envisioning. She offered thoughtful, professional opinions that truly helped us make the best decisions for our bathroom remodel. Had the absolute best experience at The Floor and Decor in Cheektowaga, Ny. I was greeted in a very friendly manner right off the bat. It was Halloween so everyone was dressed up and ready/ eager to help me with my project. Particularly Justin P took tremendous care of me and made sure I had absolutely everything I could imagine for my project so I wouldn’t have to make a trip back. This location is doing something right because the cashier was so sweet as well! They are so informative about all aspects of my project and it helped me out so much! Thank you! I will be back! I will spread the word! Give Justin a raise.
I went to floors and decor today. David waited on me and when I tell you this guy should be the face of great customer service. He was fantastic. I complimented him on his good work. Floor and Decor- it is almost overwhelming when you first walk in so many spectacular items to make your house into the perfect home. ??Everything from engineered wood , vinyl,tiles and laminate flooring. Bathroom mirrors, towel rods and faucets. Stone and acoustic wall solutions.I spent hours wandering. The staff gave me information about each product I asked about and they were very knowledgeable. I found products that other large stores don’t even carry in stock.Make your way to this incredible store, you won’t be disappointed.
