We used EOR to cement over our tile floor and install new vinyl plank on top and it's been an excellent experience, both with Steve at the store and their installation contractor. Steve even came after the installation to drop off the extra planks the installers didn't use and did some extra work that wasn't even part of the work order. You won't get this kind of service anywhere else.They also have a great selection of great vinyl and laminate flooring.

We were served by Steve at End of the Roll, where we found the perfect rug. We went home to think about it, but called later in the day to tell him we’d pick it up the next day. It was ready when we got there. The whole process was pleasant and so easy! We enjoyed Steve’s help.

The carpet installer did a great job and the stairs look great. The initial consultation was good, but communication and follow through from the store was terrible. I was told 6x that I would have details “by the end of the day” or “by tomorrow” without word, which meant I had to bug and bother to get the information I needed.
