They pay close attention to details and are willing to do a few extras when asked. The price was more than fair and the payment terms were great. Jay and his team were excellent to deal with, right from the beginning stages of discussing flooring styles and options. He took lots of time and effort at his store to show us different flooring, and we decided upon luxury vinyl with custom stained hardwood steps for our stairs. He allowed us to take many samples home until we were satisfied with our colour choice.When it came to the home installation, his team did a fantastic job. Flooring looks excellent and the refinished stairs are now a real center piece to our home. Victor and his team took their time and did an awesome job of vinyl install & hardwood stair refinish, but also railing sanding and restraining, and trim installation for the finishing touches. They were receptive to my questions and did an overall excellent job. I would highly recommend The Flooring World for any flooring needs!
