A relaxed and no-pressure atmosphere with an excellent selection. I had shopped around a bunch, but this was the first store I was comfortable in. Paymon and Russell make the best one-stop shopping experience and team! My new floor is beautiful.

If your looking for a good selection of flooring planks to choose from, one stop flooring is a great place to check out. I went to many flooring stores and this one had the most selection in my opinion. The owner Paymon was also very helpful and accommodating.

Great customer service! I wanted to match the existing plank laminate flooring on the main floor of my townhouse. I hoped to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms install matching flooring and have a clean uniform look. After finally finding the brand name and colour I called all the usual places. They didn't carry this Canadian brand. Paymon found the dealer and got a sample to me within a week. Total pleasure dealing with him. Great price too! Would definitely go here first next time.

My experience from the moment I walked into One Stop Flooring and met with Paymon until my flooring installation was complete was excellent. I told Paymon what my budget was and he did a great job of working within it. Both he and the installer, Russell, were there when they said they would be and very professional during all our appointments.
