Reviews

What customers say

Recent customers praise knowledgeable staff and a smooth buying process; one mentions quick samples, and another says the order arrived exactly on time. One customer reports that SPC planks chipped and began separating in under four years, and says the warranty was not honoured despite submitted photos meeting the installation guidelines.

Customer Reviews

Kristian Frantzen

SPC Vinyl planks were installed into my kitchen and living room. After less than 4 years the planks had chipped and began to separate. They were installed to specifications. However the warranty was not honoured by Yaletown flooring. In speaking with an individual who has vast experience installing flooring he was talking about the poor quality of the SPC planks, in general. Yaletown would not honour the warranty even though the pictures they had me sent in all fell within the guidelines of proper installation. Terrible product. Terrible experience.

Yaletown floors have been great with me in the floor buying process. Max has been very responsive and on top of every request that we had. They were able to get samples out to us quick and efficiently and have been very transparent about pricing. There are a lot of flooring places in Vancouver that won't even put their prices online, Yaletown floors is very honest about pricing and what is the best they can do for the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for flooring in the greater Vancouver area.

I had an amazing experience with Yaletown Floor. I purchased everything online, and the entire process was unbelievably seamless. Their website made it easy to browse their huge selection and place my order without any hassle. The flooring was delivered quickly, exactly as expected, and right on time. Even though I bought online, the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!
