I worked with Distinctive Flooring and mainly communicated with the owner, Andy. Andy was very responsive in his communication with text and calls when I needed. Andy thought a head and planned the install, order and the measurements. Andy helped figure out the details on this which was great with us moving into our new home. I would recommend and use Andy again in the future for carpet if needed. He even beat the price of the other quotes I got. Thanks!
Andy and his team have done two flooring projects for us now (luxury vinyl and new carpet) and they do a great job. His pricing was notably better than other flooring companies we looked at and we really couldn't be happier with the quality of his work!
My husband and I hired Andy for demo of tile and carpet to be replaced with luxury vinyl planks. We had 8 different floorings, and 3 different sub floors that we wanted to become one flooring. Andy and his team did an amazing job. They finished the job quickly and were very professional. Andy is trustworthy and dependable, we'd recommend him to anyone.
We hired Andy because he has competitive prices and great reviews. We are glad we did! He has many samples in his office and was willing to bring them to our home as well. He was great at keeping me informed as to when he would be arriving. They were able to come install our vinyl planks when we needed them and come back at the end of our project to carpet our stairs. We are very pleased with the work performed and will definitely use them again should we ever need to.
