A huge shout out to Mehmet and Hakki for their hard work and a job well done. They were professional and courteous. I think they only took one quick break and I never heard them answer their phones while working. They showed up and 10 on a snowy day and stayed until the job was done at 7:30pm. We have had many contractors doing work in our home the past 6 months and none of them had the workmanship or professionalism of these two men. Frank at Crestview understood our frustrations with previous contractors and kept us updated on the progress of the shipping and installation of our carpet through the entire process. Thank you to Frank, Mehmet, Hakki and Ken.
This should actually be no stars. They laid my floor in 2021. Poor underlay as it turns out. No one suggested the sub floor needed levelling. Now severe cracking to my LVP. Been trying to get answers for 6 months of replacing (which I realize I need to pay for now as the warranty is over ) no pride in workmanship. No back up to a product that is supposed to last 25 years, no help to rectify poor installation Generally poor all around and no follow up. Super sucks because it was a beautiful floor! Do not recommend. Find people that care about levelling.
In 2016, we had carpet from Crestview installed in our basement and in 2025, we had hardwood installed on our main level. Not sure of the installer's name, but he was efficient, trustworthy, and very skilled. What more can you ask?!?!? Thanks also to Velvet in the office. We will recommend Crestview Flooring to everyone for their flooring needs!
Had a great overall experience with Crestview carpets. Each member of the team we met with were friendly and light hearted. No pushy sales and very accommodating of the time it took to chose our carpet. Their selection is huge so chosing was hard for us but ultimately staff took time to listen to our ideas and advise on best options to meet our needs! Being allowed to take sample boards was very helpful in the selection process.Frank and the team were great all around and the fitting of our carpet exceeded expectations. Dave did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend this team for your flooring needs
This place is fair priced and professional but most importantly is that the owner stepped up and went above and beyond. He meet me on a Sunday to delivery product that was a day late because or circumstances beyond his control. He cared so much about my timeline and needs, he met me on a Sunday. This company deserves Calgarys support, because this type of service is rare. Every project moving forward will be his because of this.Thank you KenMichael
