I didn’t catch the name of the forklift driver but he was top notch! He loaded the truck with amazing precision, he sure saved us a lot of extra work and time. We had a great experience with Flooring Clearing Warehouse from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive, and the whole process felt straightforward and efficient. One thing we really appreciated was being able to see display samples in-store. It made such a difference to view the flooring laid out rather than just looking at individual planks. Pickup was easy and well organized, and everything was ready when promised. The square footage estimate was also accurate, which helped us stay on budget and avoid over-ordering. When we realized we needed a bit more LVP than expected, they had additional stock available right away, which saved us a lot of stress and delay. Overall, the process was quick, smooth, and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others looking for flooring.

Randy assisted me with my tile order. He provided exceptional customer service from answering my questions about stock & where it's made. If he didn't know, he would get back to me very quickly. He was prompt to answer emails and calls, made my order very seamless as a couple of times, I had urgently needed extra last minute batch. Would recommend here.

i was expecting a very different experience by the name of the business. from the second i walked in the door the service was EXCEPTIONAL! i was searching for something fairly specific, and didn’t have time to order anything in. they took the time to help me get exactly what i was after! and even paying was lovely. the front desk admin was friendly and cheerful. white glove service from start to finish. i will ?? be a returning customer and i’ll happily send my friends and family your way. thanks for making a not-so-fun chore so pleasant (and affordable!!)

Thank you to Jimmy Lee for the absolutely outstanding customer service. He's always smiling, attentive, and willing to help. He found a decent match for my existing flooring and had it ready to go in less than a week. Also helped me with nosings and reducers. I was also really impressed by the quality of the laminate. The locking was easy, it didn't chip when I cut it and it feels great to walk on. Thank you for everything, good sir!
