Maple Leaf Flooring staff were amazing from start to finish. Jensen was very friendly and knowledgeable about all carpet options. They were flexible with install dates when I had to change dates. The install crew worked tirelessly to get my carpets down in only 2 days. They were very professional and kept everything as clean as they could. Would highly recommend!!!
Last year my condo flooded and the entire carpeting needed to be replaced. Maple Leaf Flooring was suggested to me by a contractor. The repairs were done in June and the floors were done by a man from Maple Leaf whose name escapes me. Initially I was impressed but as time goes on I'm noticing how shoddy work was done. For example there is a very distinct line where the underlay does not meet beneath the carpet, creating a dip in the material above that is visible from the top. The carpet is rippling in areas already, there are clear lines from where he tried to match the carpet up with another piece of it. You would think carpet wouldn't this in less than a year of wear and tear. The underlay is obviously not a wear and tear issue, it's just pure negligence. The same man that did the carpet also did the flooring in my bathroom and foyer which he decided not to caulk around the toilet and not to lay the material to line up to where the other flooring begins. There's also glue left all over. I'll include photos. Very disappointed in this work and I wouldn't recommend them in the future.
I recently had Maple Leaf Flooring handle restoration work in our home after a water incident, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.Their team replaced our kitchen flooring, repaired walls and ceiling areas, installed new basement carpeting, and laid fresh laminate flooring. Every part of the job was completed with care and precision.The workmanship was outstanding. Every surface looks flawless, the finishing details are perfect, and the various crews were professional, customer-focused, personable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and everything was completed on time with no issues at all.Prior to embarking on the work, I had no dealings with Maple Leaf Flooring. Given this, I had some anxiety as I had heard other people where the outcome was not good since the people involved were not well-chosen.But I can tell you without question that Maple Leaf Flooring EXCEEDED my expectations 10-fold! They were amazing, and I would easily recommend them to anyone for any work!I can also say that a lot of the company's success is due to the way the owner, Vincent, was involved from start to finish. It was clear to me that it takes a great amount of pride in providing first-class results, and it was a pleasure to deal with them on this effort!It’s rare to see this level of quality and customer service these days. Vincent the owner was recommended to us by a relative who had dealt with Maple Leaf on many projects over the years. They said we would not be disappointed and we definitely weren't.From planning our reno, through to final decisions Vincent was always accessible. When it came to removal of tile (in floor heating) and installing vinyl plank flooring his guys were efficient, hardworking and meticulous in keeping the workplace clean.We also had a backsplash and tile installed in the kitchen and fireplace respectively and again the installer was also efficient and meticulous.We would recommend Maple Leaf Flooring to anyone who is looking to renew their residence.Brian and Bev Harding
Amazing from quote to install. We had a couple tough areas and the install team took it on and did an amazing job. They were timely, well communicated and very very detailed.I’ve used Maple Leaf Flooring twice in the last 10 years with incredible results.They remove and replace baseboards.
