We had luxury vinyl plank installed throughout our first floor. The quality of the product (COREtec) was excellent. Our floor installer was Max. He came at the appointed time and completed the job in the specified time. The quality of his work was excellent! I would highly recommend him and AJ Rose. I would definitely return to this company for another flooring job.
Our experience getting carpet for our master bedroom with A.J. Rose was excellent. We shopped onsite at their Burlington, MA location and received great customer service. Summer the sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect carpet that was installed as promised. All in all, a great experience.
We love our new staircase runner. It is exactly what we wanted and the quality of the product is top notch. The installers were professional and thoroughly cleaned up. I’m really pleased with my new luxury vinyl floors from A.J. Rose Carpets & Flooring. The sales and installation team (Andrew and Mitch) from the Natick showroom were patient while I took a few months to decide on the LVP brand to use in my home. I was allowed to take quite a few floor samples home to ensure I made the right choice, and Andrew worked with me so that I stayed on budget. I also appreciate Mitch patiently answering all my installation questions and accommodating me on the little adjustments I wanted. Highly recommend!
