Master Flooring

We recently had engineered hardwood installed by Master Flooring in Cambridge, and the results exceeded all our expectations! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process—from helping us choose the perfect flooring to completing a flawless installation. A special shoutout for the amazing craftsmanship on our pie stairs—it's not an easy job, but they handled it with incredible precision and care. The attention to detail really shows, and we’ve received so many compliments already. If you’re looking for high-quality flooring and skilled installers who take pride in their work, we highly recommend Master Flooring.

As an established General Contractor in Waterloo, we have had the privilege of coordinating and working with Alex for over 12 years now, and Marius for over 9 years. Before opening Master Flooring (their brick-and-mortar store) we utilized Alex & Marius’s high quality flooring & tile installation services for all of ours, and our clients needs. With the Master Flooring brick-and-mortar store having been open to the public for over 2 years now - we are grateful to be able to send our clients to a physical store with a beautiful showroom where the Owners & staff are consistently reliable with their knowledge and respect for their clients. From the first time we worked with them, Alex & Marius have been an absolute pleasure to do business with, and we continue to work with them on a regular basis. Alex & Marius are always responsive, attentive, adhered to the schedules/deadlines laid out, and fully understand the specifications and expectations for every project they take on and perform. Customer satisfaction is always top priority with Master Flooring! We continually refer our clients to go and see Alex & Marius @ Master Flooring to make their tile and flooring selections as we know they will always be in good hands. Alex & Marius are very polite, courteous, easy to talk to, and are able to educate our clients to help them make the best selections for their projects so the final product will turn out beautifully. It is clearly evident that Alex & Marius are committed to top-tier quality based on how they perform every project, their attention to detail, precise workmanship, and being extremely considerate of the project specifications, with customer satisfaction being their #1 priority. Before the work even begins, Alex & Marius are able to recommended superior products to complete any job. It’s been clear to us from our first project together that Alex & Marius genuinely care about their work and that the client is pleased with the final result. 10/10 would recommend to any contractor or homeowner!
