We went back many times to take home different samples and never once felt pressure, they were just so friendly and helpful. I was introduced to The Floor Hut by a local Reno professional (Bill - thank you!!!) when looking for tiles for our two bathrooms. It was our first time renovating so I had spent a lot of time reviewing the tile selections and had difficult making final decisions. And the staffs at The Floor Hut, especially, Harsh and IP, were so helpful and patient. The store has a great selection of beautiful tiles at very good prices and they also have materials needed to finish the job. This was my go to place for anything related to tiles. Harsh and Gary are true professionals who took the time to visit my property numerous times during my tile and baseboard install to ensure that everything was proceeding as it should. They took the time to make sure that even the little things were looked after.

Installation was a breeze and they completed the job on one day, wow. They were punctual, efficient and worked hard.
