Mack and his team have helped me out a few times. With a great selection of tile and design ideas, they contributed to an amazing shower install. More recently I needed some transitions installed, Mack not only provided options. He personally made sure the product was a good colour match and the install had the right coverage. I will be back at Mack’s for future tile and flooring needs.

Mack’s Flooring contracted to install luxury Vinyl Plank throughout our entire apartment, including kitchen and bathroom. Mack asked lots of questions about our current flooring and what changes we were looking for and made very knowledgeable recommendations for our consideration. The project included leveling our floor and adding a layer of cork underneath for additional sound dampening, though the product met our building specifications for sound transmission without this. We also replaced some bathroom fixtures and added a heated floor system. The installation crew was excellent, both for the quality of their work and for their enthusiasm for giving us the best floor possible. They were very conscientious about respecting our space. Mack was instrumental in helping us to find other tradespersons to complete the plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs and coordinated with them so that the total project was finished as efficiently as possible. Mack promised a quiet durable floor and delivered on his promises. His personal attention to detail and insistence that every single corner needed to be done to the highest standard was much appreciated. Our new floor is beautifully done and really updated our decor. We would highly recommend you give Mack’s Flooring a look if you’re in the market for a new floor!
