Morris Flooring & Design

As a contractor they provide the best service and selection for us and our customers. The knowledge and expertise throughout the store are unmatched. Communication after an order has been placed has always been consistent and extremely accurate.

I have had the pleasure of working with Morris Flooring for many years on so many different projects. Suzanne Midcap (owner) makes sure that she always has a vast array of trendy styles as well as the tried and true classics. She has such a keen eye for design and her knowledge in the field makes her an excellent resource for finding whatever it is a customer’s creative mind comes up with. Her staff including Patrick, CR and Diane, have decades of experience in the flooring and tile industry and make the selection, ordering and fine details of any project seamless and enjoyable. If you are looking for tile that is out of the typical big box selection and will set your project apart from the rest, you need to shop Morris Flooring and Design!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was redoing my fireplace and needed a particular cut and size for the hearth. I walked in and they gave me all the options and set it up so once I heard back from the contractor, I just had to call and place the order and didn’t even have to go back to the store! Huge selection and the best customer service! Will be my new go to for tile and flooring projects!

I have worked with Morris for many years now. On multiple clients' homes as well as my own. Their selection is like no other location around and their customer service is fantastic. If I know exactly what I'm looking for or have a crazy idea in my mind... they always find me the perfect product. Highly recommended for an entire house, a remodel or just a small project- These guys are WONDERFUL!

I am a Realtor that moved from Dallas, Texas to Kent, Ohio. I had a large remodel project on a 1940 home ahead of me. I was absolutely thrilled to meet Suzanne Morris at Morris Flooring & Design. She was great at pointing me in the right direction for ny baths and kitchen. I get so many compliments on my home. She went above and beyond. Awesome selections and the best customer service! ABSOLUTELY the BEST.
