We had our floors replaced by Maximo Flooring and the experience was excellent from start to finish . The crew was punctual,clean and very detail oriented. Loved working with Karoline and Ivandro! They offered suggestions for our desired new flooring and recommended 5 inch baseboards which really add a pop to the house. They even saw potential in our new house and offered a new design for our kitchen. We are so happy to have found Maximo Floors for our condo remodel. We had a neighbor that gave a very high recommendation of Evandro and Caroline from Maximo and they didn't disappoint. We did all new luxury vinyl floors and remodeled three baths. Not only was the workmanship superb but they showed up (very unusual in SW Florida), every day when scheduled. Evandro called us each morning to give us their schedule. The employees were all very polite, cleaned up after each days work. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Maximo Flooring did an amazing job installing laminate flooring throughout our entire home! They also added a beautiful kitchen backsplash and a stand-alone bathtub that completely transformed our bathroom. Their team even moved an oddly placed toilet in our guest bath and were able to repair and texture the wall seamlessly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. Evandro and his wife Karoline were extremely helpful every step of the way. We’re already planning to have them back next year to finish the rest of our bathroom renovation.
