Was a real good experience working with Blakleys. Katelyn was very professional and made sure that everything was to our liking. The installers, Kevin & James did a wonderful job installing our new carpet. They were respectful and courteous and made sure we were happy with their work. Would recommend Blakleys anytime to anyone looking for new floor coverings.

Great working with them to pick out a floor. We were able to take many samples home and see what worked, even made a couple extra trips back to grab new ones, they did not ask us for a deposit to take samples either. Installation crew was great, fast, friendly and worked very clean. Shelby, our sales rep, was always available for questions and got back to us quickly, gave great advice as well. Also, the quote was itemized so we knew what we were paying for, we decided to take out the old floor ourselves and we knew exactly how much we would save by doing so, they had no issues with us doing that as well. Overall it was a great experience, transparent pricing, timelines were all met, and people were easy to work with. Highly recommend over any other flooring company in the area.

We had a great experience with Blakley’s Flooring from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Michael, provided excellent design guidance as we considered different options for a staircase carpet runner. He was patient and always answered our questions. All of the other team members (who measured, installed, and managed the project) were very professional and considerate. We love our new carpet runner, and we’ll definitely recommend Blakley’s to our friends and neighbors!

Our salesperson was Michael and he helped us through the process of picking the right texture and color carpet for our bonus room. He was very patient and sent us samples to check the colors in our home before we made our decision. The carpet is beautiful and the installers did a great job. Thank you Blakley’s and especially Michael. I would highly recommend Blakley’s for your flooring needs.
