Great working with them to pick out a floor. We were able to take many samples home and see what worked, even made a couple extra trips back to grab new ones, they did not ask us for a deposit to take samples either. Installation crew was great, fast, friendly and worked very clean. Shelby, our sales rep, was always available for questions and got back to us quickly, gave great advice as well. Also, the quote was itemized so we knew what we were paying for, we decided to take out the old floor ourselves and we knew exactly how much we would save by doing so, they had no issues with us doing that as well. Overall it was a great experience, transparent pricing, timelines were all met, and people were easy to work with. Highly recommend over any other flooring company in the area.
We had a great experience with Blakley’s Flooring from start to finish. All of the other team members (who measured, installed, and managed the project) were very professional and considerate.
