Tile Outlet

This place is the best, I am a contractor in South Lake, and always need specialty tile and stone. These guys always come thru. Highly recommend them!!!!! Hayden has helped me for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. They also have pre fab stone counter tops, these are a big help on my fast turn around projects…. Thankyou!!!!

Nathan and Hayden were very helpful and patient with me as I selected LVP samples online and eventually made an order to replace the flooring in 2 of my bedrooms. They had the best pricing available. There were a couple boxes that arrived damaged, and they were quick to help with a replacement order. The process was very smooth from start to finish.

Nathan and Hayden provided us with exceptional service during our bathroom remodel. Nathan was very helpful in discussing types of natural stone, selections of available tiles. He contacted various distributors to make sure they had the tile we wanted for our bathroom. Excellent customer service to ensure you purchased tile at a reasonable price. The distributor sent the wrong size tile, Nathan immediately notified the company and had them send a new shipment of the correct size tile. Not only did he remedy the situation, he graciously drove the tile up to our house in anticipation of the tile guy who was scheduled to install the tile the next day. We were so impressed that Nathan recognized the importance of receiving the correct shipment of tile in a timely manner, and delivered to our house. Words cannot express our gratitude for all his efforts at making our Bathroom model dream come true. I would highly recommend Tile Outlet in Carson City for their superior service, excellent knowledge of tile products and professionalism. They definitely deliver. Thanks again.

Nathan and Hayden provided excellent advise on my purchase of Autumn Leaves Tile for a bathroom remodel. Nathan was superb at calling multiple locations to identify who had stock available. Timeliness, courteous, helpful and friendly on the phone. I was so impressed by Nathan since changes in the square footage were required, he patiently and diligently informed what costs would be. Highly recommend Tile Outlet for any remodel. Thanks for providing excellent customer service

Nathan, Hayden & Trinity are great to work with. They have a large selection of tile, mosaics, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, granite, quartz, countertops, cabinets… You name it, they have it. It was a “One stop shop” for my addition. Honest, Fair and easy to work with. Ad I didn’t have to go 20 different places to get the job done. They helped design my bathroom and it came out amazing! If you’re in Carson City or the surrounding area. You need to stop by!
