Green Step Flooring refinished our hardwoods and stair railings this January and did such a beautiful job. Helen and Janar were just wonderful to work with, and the crew did an incredible job and worked so hard to give us the floors we were looking for. They went above and beyond and charged a fair price for their work. I truly cannot say enough about how great our experience was. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking to refinish their floors.

10/10 LOVE the work green step flooring did for me! We got estimates from 5 different flooring companies and green step was about the middle price wise. I took a long time researching everyone and all of the other companies had some negative reviews I just couldn’t see past. Green step was 100% the right choice for me! They were communicative, timely, professional, efficient. They got don’t in 3 days when everyone else said it would take 5. They painted the shoe moulding and they could do matching air vents flush with the floor. This was the first thing we did with our new house and we were so scared to make a wrong decision. They refinished our downstairs hardwoods. They were the RIGHT decision!!! Love love love! HIGHLY recommend!!
Great overall experience with Green Step. The work was completed professionally and ahead of schedule. The only challenge I had was an issue on the scope of the initial estimate due to miscommunication, but I will give Janar and Helen credit for resolving it amicably and prioritizing the customer's satisfaction over their own self-interest. The payment and invoicing is also very transparent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for installation or refinishing of hardwood floors in the Cary/Raleigh area.
