We have existing hardwood in the front part of our house, and wanted to have the carpet in the hallway and bedrooms taken out and hardwood installed.
- We had initially asked about thick engineered hardwood and Roberto was able to get a similar price on full hardwood!
- Roberto correctly identified the wood species of the existing hardwood floor, and confirmed using the grain view in a vent. It could easily be mistaken for red oak- but it’s actually white oak with a butterscotch stain and some patina with aging. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise.
- We like that Tri Point Flooring is a local, family business, and the lumber producer the company uses provides high quality wood.
- We were able to get on the schedule quickly, and after the wood cured in the house for 2 weeks (standard practice), the install took 2 days.
- Prompt responses via text and email.
We love our beautiful new floors!! The place where the two different woods meet blends well and we are very happy. We highly recommend Tri Point Flooring.

They provided helpful suggestions during the planning process, which really improved the final look of my floors.
