We have existing hardwood in the front part of our house, and wanted to have the carpet in the hallway and bedrooms taken out and hardwood installed.- We had initially asked about thick engineered hardwood and Roberto was able to get a similar price on full hardwood!- Roberto correctly identified the wood species of the existing hardwood floor, and confirmed using the grain view in a vent. It could easily be mistaken for red oak- but it’s actually white oak with a butterscotch stain and some patina with aging. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise.- We like that Tri Point Flooring is a local, family business, and the lumber producer the company uses provides high quality wood.- We were able to get on the schedule quickly, and after the wood cured in the house for 2 weeks (standard practice), the install took 2 days.- Prompt responses via text and email.We love our beautiful new floors!!
