We have now had three installs completed with Carpet Outlets of Texas, from the Red Oak location. The team in store are great, but the installers who actually come to your home are nothing less than awesome. Our three installs total about 3500 sqft of work (carpet/tile/backsplash) over 2.5 years, and its 100% flawless. Highly recommend.
I am a returning customer . They re-floored much of my home (carpet and tile) almost 4 years ago when I first purchased this house and did a beautiful job! I'm now having my living room and kitchen re-tiled and have been so delighted with the level of customer service, the professionalism, and the eye for detail. Jay, who is installing the tile, is a master! He is highly skilled and offers suggestions and explanations for what needs to be done, while listening to and incorporating what I want. Also, because I selected a tile originally used in a hall four years ago, I was so happy to find the exact tile was still available and I was able to complete the entire exchange by phone and email. Convenient & cooperative and you will not find friendlier service!
This store is a one stop shop. They have tons of samples to chose from and they fit any budget. Their customer service is first class. They did an amazing job on our floors in our whole house and we even had our bathroom remodeled. Beautiful flooring is not hard to find but expert installers with an eye for detail and perfection are.Carpet Outlet in Red Oak is the real deal! They provided me with beautiful flooring choices, friendly customer service, fair pricing and the best installers imaginable. I had hardwood, tile and new 5” baseboards installed.
