Luis was amazing!! He installed LVP in our 3,200 sq ft home. He was diligent and made sure to address our every concern. Not only did he install our floors, but he built a small closet, closed up a doorway, replaced trim where needed, AND fixed shower tile from a previous sub who screwed up. He’s very knowledgeable, and I sincerely appreciate all the time he put into the job. He even came out to our house 3 times before starting the job to make sure that everything would be perfect… and it was. I cannot recommend Luis enough!
They just finished a tile flooring project for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. They removed outdated tile and carpet then replaced it with a wood look tile and did a great job. They gave us a very reasonable price, were transparent with the whole process, and were happy to answer any questions we had. They showed up on time every day and were extremely dependable. These are genuine good guys who care about the quality of their work and it shows. We left them alone in the house a few times (normally we wouldn't do that with strangers) and there were no issues. They also made sure to let us know they are there to answer any questions that might come up after the project is over. We are already talking with them about other projects we need completed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work completed.
This is the 2nd time using Texas Custom Flooring and we could not be happier. When we discussed what we were looking for, we settled on a floor from the many samples available. Before we got started, they brought out an additional sample that was even better. The price was very fair, the work was done on time and everything was cleaned up better than when they started. Highly recommended!!!

Luis and his partner did excellent job installing my father's floors. Luis and Mario are professional and provide great customer service. Luis always informed me of what time he would be arriving and what work they would be doing. He does the conscientiously does the work himself and does not contract out his jobs. He schedules the job so he can complete the work requested in a timely manner. He is there until the job is finished. We added on a few more tasks and he finished on time. His prices are FAIR AND REASONABLE. I would highly recommend his company!
