Words cannot express how satisfied we are with our new floors. Tyrone displayed his knowledge and professionalism from beginning to the end. He was alway helpful and available to address our questions/concerns. Angel and his team of installers were AMAZING! The installers were adamant about making sure I was happy with EVERY piece of the floor they were installing. I really appreciated their eye for detail and keeping me involve in the installation. I highly recommend Floor Source in Chandler. Our experience was top notch and their prices are reasonable. We would definitely use Floor Source in Chandler again. Thanks again we LOVE our floors!

Floor Source did an exceptional job at my property. It started with Joe Dabil who walked us through the options available for our projects, provided floor samples for us to examine with our furniture and home lightning. What I enjoyed most working with Joe was his thorough inspection of the house, dimensions and explaining the entire process of demo and install. He was patient, listened attentively and knowledgeably answered all our questions.

The install crew led by Valentine were phenomenal! They moved furniture around, cleaned all spaces and worked hard everyday, they even extended their work into the weekend to ensure our house is complete in a timely and satisfactory fashion. They cleaned all dust, removed debris and returned furniture back to every room.

Simply put, Floor Source exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any future job.

I had a small project to replace the carpet of my Office Space with hard-wood floors. Joe was extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process. We went back and forth and brought home 1/2 dozen samples before finalizing the selection. No sales pressure; just providing professional advice to guide us through the selection process. I found the price competitive. Scheduling (Bailey) was smooth and installation was quick with high quality. The crew (Valentin and Leo) did a wonderful job and kept everything clean. We recently were looking to have new laminate floors installed throughout our entire home. We came across Floor source in Chandler and saw they had 5 star reviews. I called and spoke with Joe to get pricing and ask questions, he offered the best price for the flooring and came out within a few days to measure. Joe was amazing to work with. He is so professional, kind, and patient. The first time I talked to him on the phone I told my husband how impressed I was with him and felt good about selecting the floor source for our project. We called and texted him many many many times to ask a lot of questions and he never made it seem like we were bothering him or our questions weren't important. He always responded quickly and put our mind at ease and answered all our questions. Joe is awesome! :) He understands this is a major purchase and wants his customers completely satisfied! And we are. The installation team was great! The lead was Adrian. They did an incredible job with our installation. They made sure to cover everything with plastic to keep from getting dusty, prepped all our floors that were uneven, (which was alot) and laid the floor beautifully. They did a nice job on the final touches to the baseboards and made sure to clean up constantly. They also answered any questions or concerns we had and were always professional. I highly recommend the floor source in chandler and can't Thank Joe and Adrian's team enough for an outstanding job!!! Don't think twice, you will not be disappointed.
