Outstanding service by Mocean Flooring! Our flooring story was not a renovation choice, but a water leak forced replacement. After weeks of looking at many stores & options, we were so very fortunate to find Mocean Flooring & meet Cris. We had decided on engineered hardwood, but the very long process of trying to decide what would work in an older home without completely remodeling was stressful. Cris was simply wonderful from start to finish, reassuring us about the process, always cheerful and optimistic, very personable and upbeat. He patiently helped exchange samples and kept in touch regularly. His communication and followthrough are exemplary. When the job was underway, we witnessed Cris and Carlos, along with Leo, work tirelessly each day, in the most efficient and professional manner. They are honest, reliable, accommodating, friendly, and punctual. The end result is just beautiful; we feel like we are in a new home.
