I have always said service after the sale is key for any company. How 50 Floor is still in business I will never know! They absolutely DO NOT stand behind their choice in sub-contractors. The floor looked amazing. No issues in that BUT the installers didn't install our toilet correctly. After months of the toilet leaking small amounts of water (yes pee and poop) after each flush, we now have water damage, the floor in bathroom is ruined and serious mold is in the basement ceiling beneath the bathroom. DECUSTTING!! 50 Floor quickly passed blame to the subs and have done NOTHING to get this resolved. I was told the sub would file a claim with their insurance. I have gotten NO WHERE with that. I have asked upper management to contact me from 50 Floor - CRICKETS!!!! This toilet has not been in use for 5 weeks!!!! No claim has been filed, no communication on when I can expect this to be resolved!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT STAND WITH THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY PASS BLAME AND ABSOLUTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR INCONVIENCE!!!
I’m very disappointed with my experience with 50 Floor. The installation team left a huge mess behind after finishing the job — debris, dust, and materials scattered around. To make matters worse, the trim that was installed is the wrong color from what I ordered, and no one from the company has taken responsibility or offered to fix it.The most shocking part was that one of the installers actually admitted to drinking some of my whiskey without my permission while working in my home. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I expected quality work and respectful service, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. On top of that we felt extremely violated because of someone going through our personal things while we were not around. No telling what else he explored. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before hiring 50 Floor.
So, I’m not happy. Recently, I chose this company to remove the old flooring and carpet and have the same flooring throughout the entire condo. The sales person initially gave me a quote for $20k for 880 sqf! Just to make it more appealing to reduce it to 7k afterwards. I admit that I was in a time crunch and needed to get this done so I decided to go with them. While the floors look good, they did not repair the cement underneath and the floors give in while walking on them. Additionally, they damaged a wall, a door frame and the baseboards. The quarter round they installed looked poorly done and had several damages. When I contacted costumer service, they offered to have it fixed but they can’t fix the wall with the same paint and alternatively offered me $100 compensation for all the damages, but that’s not even covering the paint I have to newly buy. Not to mention the uneven flooring. I just moved in and can’t have the furniture removed again to get the flooring redone. This was supposed to last years, and every time I move in the space I‘m reminded of the cheap work that was done here.
Great experience from start to finish. Sam in sales was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and interacted extremely well with my kiddos. Not high-pressure but definitely incentivized us for locking in project that day.Laroslav was the installer. He was a Ukrainian guy and continued the great experience for us. He was extremely detail oriented and did not get frustrated with constant bathroom trips by the kiddos through work area. We did LVP floors to match flooring already in sunroom. The price was reasonable and well worth it in the end!
We recently had our carpet replaced, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thomas was absolutely amazing during the consultation—he was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us pick the perfect option for our home. The installation crew was outstanding as well; they worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and truly crushed it. The end result looks incredible, and we couldn’t be happier. Great service, great people, and an overall excellent experience! Included our before and after.
